Feb. 27, 2008Finally almost a year later here are some photos from our pearl buying trip to China. Here we are at a pearl farm we took a break from buying and spent an afternoon seeing the workings of the farm.

The Tahitian Pearls are all supplied by Kamoka Pearls from their farm on the atoll of Ahe in French Polynesia. Thanks for the great pearls Josh. Sorry for the dark photos they just don't do the pearls justice.

Sept 13, 2006Four new pendants added to the contemporary pendant page. This series is inspired by the decorative techniques used on ancient pottery vessels found in Saskatchewan. I have used a doublee technique to fuse the 24K onto the sterling and decorated the pieces using hand tools. The sterling has a texture acquired during the making of the doublee. Some of these new pendants contain freshwater baroque and Keishi pearls that I have personally selected for superior color and lustre.
