OverviewThe quickest and easiest way is to send an e-mail message with the product number and price of the jewellery piece you are interested in purchasing. For gemstones, e-mail and tell me what you are interested in and I will reply by e-mail with what I currently have available in stock, including a description and the exact price. You can return your order within 14 days in the same condition it was received if for any reason it is not satisfactory. All you have to pay is the shipping charges and I will refund the balance of the amount you paid. The return order must be received by us within the 14 day time period. Please contact us at the email address prior to returning any order.Prices & CurrencyAll prices are in Canadian dollars and US dollars, not including GST for Canadian residents.ShippingShipping is extra. I recommend Canada Post Priority mail, registered mail, or Federal Express.Orders will be sent within one working week of receipt, unless I am out of the item you request, in which case most orders can be filled within 10 working days of receipt. Special OrdersI can accommodate special requests. See a piece you like, but want a different stone? Want something specially made? See the piece you like, but it's in silver and you want gold, or it's in gold and you want silver? E-mail me with your requests for commission work. I cannot promise these items in one working week. Time for delivery will be specified with each order.Wholesale OrdersWholesale inquiries are welcome for both jewellery and gemstones. Please e-mail with your request and I will provide you with a price, terms of payment, and delivery time.PaymentI am now able to accept payment through Paypal. This is the preferred method of payment. Canadian customers may pay with a Canadian money order or bank draft. Personal cheques will be accepted in Canadian dollars from Canadian residents, however, the cheques must clear my bank before the order will be shipped.Orders from outside Canada may be paid using paypal.
