Douglas Frey has been working as a full time Goldsmith since 1978, specializing in designing and hand crafting jewellery in platinum, gold and silver. With a desire to further make his pieces unique and to increase the design possibilities of his handmade jewellery he began cutting high quality gem cabochons in 1990 and in 1994 began facetting stones for inclusion in finished pieces. He has been an active member of the craft community in Saskatchewan and Canada for many years. Doug Frey's work is available in a number of select galleries throughout Canada and has been for a number of years. It is with pride and excitement that he offers these pieces of handcrafted jewellery and loose gemstones to Canada and the world through the medium of the internet. All work is done in his studio maintaining a high level of quality by personally handcrafting all jewellery and cutting many of the gemstones stones found in the jewellery pieces. All the jewelry available from this website is handmade in the studio of Douglas Frey.
